Cass County PWSD 9 offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.
Please Use Caution when paying your bill online. Be sure you are using our official online bill pay provider PAYSTAR to pay your bill online. If you you choose to use a bill payment website that is NOT affiliated with us, please be aware that the website my charge extra fees & that your payment may not be received by the due date. This will cause your account to be subject to disconnection and/or service fees.
Online Bill Payment
We are excited to offer our customers the option to pay their bill online through our provider, PayStar. You may pay your bill 24/7. You may use a Debit Card or Credit Card. We accept Master Card, Visa and Discover. Just click the green "Pay Your Bill Now" button located above or at the bottom of this page to get started. Have your account number handy and follow the prompts.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Automatic Bank Draft (ACH)
The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account ON THE DUE DATE.
The 10th of every month is the DUE DATE. Should the 10th fall on a weekend or non-banking day, the payment will be made on the next banking day. It will NEVER be deducted early!
There is no fee for this type of payment.
To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Recurring Debit Form located in the Forms & Reports Section and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office at 25902 S. Southwood Road, Harrisonville, MO. We accept cash, check, or money orders.
Also, we do have a payment drop slot near the front door for after-hours drop off.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. These payments are made to us via email or checks by mail. Please consult with your bank for more information.
